In which countries do you ship your CBD & Delta-9 THC products?
We deliver throughout Europe and internationally. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to check the legality of the products in their country or region. We disclaim all responsibility in case of non-compliance with local laws.
What to do in case of a late delivery?
In case of delay, first contact the carrier with your first name, last name, and tracking number to get as much information as possible. Then, contact our team during our opening hours and we will do a complete check-up of the delivery. Do not file any claims without our agreement, otherwise, we will not be able to intervene.
What should I do if my package has been lost, stolen or seized?
In the event of loss, theft or seizure of your package, please contact the relevant carrier directly to file a claim. In accordance with Article 1218 of the Civil Code (FM), Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I) and the Customs Code (FR and third countries), we are not responsible once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
