2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all product sales made via the website www.goldenvibeofficiel.com and in the physical store at 138 rue beauvoisine 76000 Rouen. They aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of CBD-based products and derivatives.
3. Products
The products offered for sale on our site comply with current French legislation (THC level below 0.3%). They are not intended for medical or therapeutic use and should not be used as medicines.
Each product is described with the utmost care; however, photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Golden Vibe reserves the right to modify the products offered in case of stock shortage, as specified in article 8.
4. Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Prices are subject to change at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Order
To place an order, the user must select the products of their choice, add them to the cart, and follow the validation process. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is considered confirmed only after payment validation.
6. Payment
Orders can only be paid by Pay By Bank or Bank Transfers via our provider Bridge. Online payment is fully secured. We do not accept checks.
The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment card or payment method used for their order. In case of payment default, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Shipping and transfer of risks
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. We deliver to metropolitan France and various European countries as well as outside Europe. Shipments are made on the same day of the order, with estimated delivery between 24 and 48 hours, via UPS or Chronopost.
Golden Vibe disclaims all responsibility in case of delivery dispute (loss, theft or seizure), as these events are beyond our control and can unfortunately occur with any carrier (Tnt, Ups, Colissimo, Dpd, Chronopost ..etc)

In case of loss, theft or seizure of your package, please contact the concerned carrier directly to file a claim.
In accordance with Article 1218 of the Civil Code (FM), Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I) and the Customs Code (FR and third countries), we are not responsible once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
The customer can choose, when ordering, the carrier from the options offered (UPS, Chronopost, etc.).
Once the package is handed over to the chosen carrier, Golden Vibe cannot be held responsible for losses, thefts, seizures or delays occurring during transport.
If the carrier acknowledges its responsibility and proceeds to compensation, this will be paid directly to the customer by the carrier, in accordance with its own general conditions. If the carrier does not acknowledge its responsibility, Golden Vibe undertakes to call upon a mediator to resolve the dispute.
8. Gifts Offered
Golden Vibe reserves the right to modify any product offered if those indicated are not available. Details regarding gifts are visible in the cart.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform Golden Vibe of their decision by email or registered mail. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Guarantees
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions. In the event of a proven defect, the customer may request replacement or refund of the product.
The company Golden Vibe cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
11. Personal Data Protection
The information collected during the order is necessary for its processing and for customer relationship management. In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. 12. Intellectual Property and Trademark
